Our Story
Vac Aero International has been addressing metallurgy and coating challenges for the Canadian Aerospace Industry for over 65 years. Leveraging decades of expertise in vacuum heat treating, we design and manufacture world-class, cost-effective, and energy-efficient furnaces. These innovative, custom-designed furnaces are rigorously tested in-house, ensuring unparalleled reliability and efficiency throughout their lifecycle.
We complement our furnace offerings with hot-zones for all Furnace OEMs, spares, service, and lifecycle assessments to maximize customer uptime and operational effectiveness.
Our three thermal service facilities utilize these furnaces to provide various heat treatment processes, including aging, oil quenching, annealing, cold stabilizing, and hardening, as well as vacuum brazing for complex components.
